Description of Records Requested (i.e., Board Meeting Agendas, Board Meeting Minutes, Board Resolutions, Budgets, etc.). Please be a specific as possible and include relevant dates for which records are being requested.
Format the requester would like to receive the requested records:
Pick-Up In Person at the Library ($ .10 per page, must be paid in advance)
Standard Mail ($.10 per page plus postage fee, must be paid in advance)
