We are guaranteed unwanted change and uninvited pain in this human life.

How we get through unwanted change, stress and hard times is up to us. We can suffer. Or we can lean into growth and the path of enlightenment.

Imagine handling these with grace, ease, and a mindset that is open to allowing learning, growing, and healing.

Each week will include:
90min Session
30min Q&A
Weekly meditation (video e-mailed)
Weekly practices (e-mailed) to enhance the topic of the week

Session 1: Stress of Challenge and Change
Session 2: Reduce Suffering
Session 3: Shifting to Growth

What to look forward to:
* Mindfulness practices to reduce stress
* Understanding of what makes change and hard times so painful
* Mindful attitudes that reduce suffering no matter the stress
* Increase in understanding your blocks to getting unstuck
* Strategies to open to challenges instead of resist them
* Identifying and practicing ways to lean into dharma (the way of things)
