The OCCO is organized and operated to promote the common good and general welfare of the community. Civic betterment and improvement are sought through discussion, education, and change. Major objectives will include, but not be limited to, arranging and conducting neighborhood meetings, studying and reviewing all proposals of a commercial, residential, or housing development/rehabilitation nature. The OCCO will seek to encourage and maintain open communication between residents and other local organizations.

Any person of legal voting age who is a resident property owner, tenant, or non-resident property owner in the area of OCCO (as defined in the By-Laws) is eligible for general membership. Complete one of the following sections based on your planned relationship with OCCO.
