The Scoop Bus carries half-pint cups of 10 of our most popular flavors. Each cups costs $5.

The standard amount of time for an event is 2 hours of scoop time. This does not include set up and break down time. Additional time will be billed at $50 per hour.

For private events the minimum number of participants is 50 ice cream lovers ready to purchase at least one scoop! Please note that if we do not make the $250 minimum (50 guests times the price of one scoop - $5) then the event's coordinator will be charged the shortage. In this case, you will not walk away empty handed because we will issue $5 gift certificates (If you only have 20 guests then you will receive (30) $5 gift certificates) for future use. This $250 minimum does not include the $195 rental fee.

How will payment be handled? *

Please indicate any special payment requests. For example, let us know if you want to set a maximum dollar amount or you would like to restrict what participants can order. Private events will be billed the Scoop Bus rental fee prior to the event. At the close of the event the responsible party will be billed for what was ordered.

Private events require payment of a $195 Scoop Bus rental fee payable prior to the start of the event. Please understand that this is a rental fee and is not a down payment towards what is purchased at the event. You will pay $195 in addition to what is ordered. Please also understand that in addition to the $195 fee we must make at least $250 in ice cream sales and that any shortage will be covered by the organizer of the event. At the close of the event, you will be charged for what was ordered.
