The public is invited to join the Delaware Center for the Inland Bays’ Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) - Citizens Café on Thursday, August 5 to learn about the importance of oysters in the Inland Bays, the Center's Oyster Gardening volunteer program, and the state's aquaculture industry. The theme is "Oysters: Protection on the Half Shell" and will feature presentations from Nivette Pérez-Pérez, Center Project Manager and Zina Hense, Environmental Scientist with the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control.
The meeting will be held indoors at the Center's office (39375 Inlet Rd. Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971) starting at 6:00 pm on Thursday, August 5. Participants will have the opportunity to participate virtually as well. The Zoom connection information is provided below:

In accordance with revised CDC guidelines, individuals not fully vaccinated are asked to wear a mask. Participants who are vaccinated are encouraged to use their best judgment as the meeting will be held indoors.
