Person making reservation is in charge of the following:- Party Setup- Party Cleanup - Areas used for parties are to be cleaned when done, including emptying trash receptacles and putting trash bags into the dumpster.Conduct of Attendees Behavior
Alcohol, Tobacco or other smokeless products are strictly forbidden and anyone seen using will be asked to leave immediately.
For safety reasons, there shall be a minimum of one adult per 10 children under 18 years old.
Normal break rules apply to all groups.
Please be courtesy of other members in regards to music and other activities
Use of facilities is on a first come first served basis. EPSC has the right to refuse service at any time. Swim team events and other EPSC events take priority.
Fees: - 1. A fee of $5 will be assessed for each non-member attending event. 2. Facilities use fee of $20 for Shareholders and $30 for Non-Shareholder members (to cover gas usage and materials)3. For parties over 25 members an additional $25 fee per hour will be assessed to cover lifeguards. Additional fee may be required for out of business hours events.4. Refundable $25 deposit per reservation requested at time of reservation
