L.A. Zine Fest 2018 Tabling Application
The seventh annual L.A. Zine Fest will take place in Pasadena, at the Conference Center within the Pasadena Convention Center, on Sunday, May 27, 2018. The event is open to the public from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.. Official tabler set-up times will be announced closer to the day of the Fest.

L.A. Zine Fest was founded to provide a place for zinesters and self-publishers to come together and share their creations with each other and the people of Los Angeles.

This application is for a HALF TABLE (3 feet long with 1 chair). An extremely limited number of full tables will be available this year, with preference given to distros and large groups. If you would like to be considered for a full table, there is a space to do so on this form. Tabling fees go directly toward our venue rental costs. A half table is $52 while a full table is $102. Applications will close Friday, Jan 19, at 11:59pm (PST).

Since LAZF was founded, the price of half/full table is determined by what is needed to cover venue costs and table/chair rentals. We are making steps towards creating more financially accessible table prices for future Fests and are extremely appreciative of members of the zine community who are in dialogue with us to strategize and push us to be proactive about working towards this goal.

We also encourage those who are in a position to team up with other zine makers/collectives/distros to share table space by filling out a tabling application together. Applying as an individual is not discouraged, but sharing table space will allow for more of your zines to be represented at this year’s Fest.

In an effort to continue providing a zine-centric experience for our visitors and tablers alike, we ask that at least 80% of the items you sell at your table be zines or other DIY, independently produced publications. NOTE: Filling out this form DOES NOT guarantee you a table. Because of high demand and limited space we cannot offer a table to every applicant. You will be notified by Wed, February 28, 2018 regarding your application status. If we can offer you table space, information regarding payment options will be provided at that time.
