Memorial Day Weekend Bazaar
Paying It Forward Store is hosting a Bazaar on Saturday May 25th & Sunday May 26th 2019
Location 16126 SE Stark Street Portland Oregon.
Time: Set up is 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Tear down is 5pm and be out by 6 pm
Doors open at 10:30 AM and close at 5 PM.
This is inside event.

Space is 8x 7 for
Price is for $51.80 for 1 day or $82.70 for both days Paypal fee included. Only 4 spaces open for 1 day only.
Paypal fee is $1.80 for 1 day charge of $50.00 ( No Saturday only spots left. We have 5 Sunday only spots open)
Paypal fee is $2.70 for 2 day charge of $80.00

Electricity is $10.61 for 1 day $15.76 for both days
Paypal fee is $0.61 for 1 day
Paypal fee is $0.76 for 2 days

***No early tear down is allowed***
***kids are allowed with vendors, but they are responsible for any damage that they child or children may cause, and please do not allow them to run around the vendors booths***

Paying It Forward is a Local NOn-profit that helps our local community. We gather clothes, shoes, coats, bedding, personal hygiene items, and pet supplies. We run a free event on the 1st Saturday of every month. This is where the community is invited to come out to shop and gather anything that we have had donated for free at our free store events. These bazaars help us raise the funds to help support this cause. We thank you for taking the time to vend with Paying It Forward Store.

I understand setup is 930 AM and tear down starts at 5 PM. I agree not to tear down prior, unless I get approval from event coordinator. *

I understand that PIFS will be advertising via Craigslist,, Facebook, Instagram, Eventbrite, and will have signs out. *
There is no refund after February 1st 2019. If I need to cancel my spot, I understand that I will get a Tax Deductible Receipt for the cost of the space if I do not do the event. *
Wavier of Liability- Paying It Forward Store, will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred by EXHIBITOR as a result of fire, theft, wind, storm, explosion, or any other cause whatsoever. Paying It Forward Store is not responsible for damage from loss of occupancy or other loss to EXHIBITOR by destruction or damage to the exhibit area. EXHIBITOR releases Paying It Forward Store from any and all responsibility for theft or damage to equipment, booth(s), or displays within the booth(s)- by fire, rain, accident, or any other cause whatsoever. EXHIBITOR assumes full and total responsibility for all patrons of the EVENT who visit or enter EXHIBITOR’S booth(s) and releases and agrees to Paying It Forward Store, from any claims by any patron concerning the goods or services EXHIBITOR displays, provides or sells at, or in connection with, the EVENT. EXHIBITOR agrees to bear full responsibility for any damage caused to the exhibition facility by EXHIBITOR, their agents or employees during the EVENT, and while setting up or taking down of their booth(s). EXHIBITOR agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and covenants not to sue Paying It Forward Store, for any and all liability, real or alleged, arising out of, or in connection with this Agreement. EXHIBITOR agrees to pay all costs of collection, default, break or enforcement hereunder, including reasonable attorney’s fees *
We at Paying It Forward Store us our Bazaar's as a way we raise funds for our Non-profit. We will do everything possible to help vendors be successfull, and we expect the same from our vendors. We appreciate you! *
