Trans Pride Washington, DC 2026 — Community Fair Application 

The Community Fair is a non-commercial space within Trans Pride Washington, DC, a full-day community conference held at the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library in Washington, DC.

The Community Fair brings together community groups, artists, authors, small businesses, and informal collectives to share resources, creative work, and community-centered experiences with conference participants.

Please use this form to apply to participate in the Community Fair at Trans Pride Washington, DC 2026. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until all spaces are filled.

The Community Fair takes place throughout the full day of the conference. Accepted participants may engage for all or part of the day.

Standard Community Fair participation includes a 4-foot table and two chairs. Exhibitors should plan to bring their own signage, table coverings, and materials.

The Community Fair is non-commercial. Selling goods or services and political canvassing are not permitted.

  • Nonprofit organizations or social/recreation groups with annual budgets over $1 million
  • For-profit organizations that are not trans-owned
$150
  • Nonprofit organizations or social/recreation groups with annual budgets under $1 million
  • For-profit organizations that are trans-owned
$50
  • Trans-led nonprofit organizations with annual budgets under $300,000
  • Trans-led social or recreational groups with annual budgets under $300,000
  • DC government agencies
  • Trans folks participating as individuals
Interactive or installation-based creative projects may be considered for a fee waiver.
