Theatre Funding, Guest Artist, and Travel Request Form

Funding for Travel or Guest Artists: This form MUST be completed at least 6 weeks ahead of the the desired disbursement of funds. This process may be delayed with less than 6 weeks to process.

This form is the first step to seek approval after you have estimated costs or research what you need. Once completed, Natalie Sowell or Dana Fear will contact you regarding approval or questions.

-GENERAL FUNDING REQUEST: To request funding for education, technology, upgrades, etc. This does not include already budgeted purchases for productions. Also, this is not for guest artists, lecturers, etc.

-GUEST ARTIST/LECTURER/CONTRACTOR REQUEST: To request approval for the payment of a guest/visiting artist or presenter.

TRAVEL FUNDING REQUEST: For any funding requests linked to Travel.
