Tough times happen for everyone. The fact that you're reading this shows that you've noticed things aren’t so great for yourself or for a student, friend, or family member and you want to do something proactive or different. The School Wellbeing Program can provide voluntary, confidential, and respectful support via Counsellors & the James Sheahan Catholic High School Wellbeing Team.
The information you provide on this form can only be accessed by Megan Bail (Counsellor, School Wellbeing Program, Centacare) and Hannah Chellas (Counsellor, School Wellbeing Program, Centacare). However, in some circumstances where concerns about yours or someone else’s safety have been raised, this information will be shared with others (for example, James Sheahan Catholic High School and/or Parents/Guardians).
Megan and Hannah will initially make contact via the student’s school email - please either check your school email account (self-referral) or encourage the person you are referring to check their school email account. If you/they are unable to check your/their school email account, please provide alternative contact details under the ‘additional information’ section. If support from a Year Coordinator or Mark Rose has been selected, Megan and Hannah will inform them of the referral and they will then make contact with yourself, friend or family member.
*PLEASE NOTE - REFERRALS ARE MONITORED ON SCHOOL DAYS, 8AM - 4PM ONLY *
