Full Membership - Those who wish to fully participate in the life of the HTLC Community. Full members regularly participate by worshiping, volunteering, donating, and voting in congregational meetings.

Associate Membership - Those who desire to stay connected to another faith tradition and yet regularly participate in the life of the HTLC Community. Voting is not part of associate membership.

Seasonal Membership - Those who desire to keep their membership in their home congregation and find themselves in Dubuque desiring to join the HTLC Community temporarily. Seasonal members may fully participate, but voting is limited in some circumstances.
