Letter of Consent - Parents
We welcome your child’s participation in the IVECA program this semester. The IVECA Center provides a virtual exchange program to students and educators from around the world. Your child will work on global projects with students from another country.
The IVECA Virtual Classroom is password protected. Your child can share typed messages, photos, voice recordings, and videos under their teacher's supervision.
By allowing your child to participate in the program, you agree on the following:
1) Classroom photos/videos of my child may be included on the password-protected Virtual Classroom website.
2) Classroom photos/videos of my child may be included in educational conference presentations and publications.
3) My child may interact with partner students in groups via audio or video format with or without the presence of the instructors during the program.
4) My child understands that they shouldn't share their personal information such as physical address, phone number, email address, and social media DURING the program.

The email address of my child can be used to join IVECA Global Alumni Network.
By writing your first and last name, verify that you and your child understand the contents of this letter of consent.

The IVECA Center for International Virtual Schooling (d.b.a. IVECA) is a US-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and associated with the UN Department of Global Communications (DGC).
The IVECA Center supports all levels of schools and universities across the world to participate in its global collaborative learning program called IVECA (Intercultural Virtual Exchange of Classroom Activities). The program aims to promote interculturally competent global citizens for peace and sustainable development.
