Photographs and video-recording may be taken by our staff during training sessions and assessments. The academy reserves all rights to use these for training and marketing purposes. *
Payment and Training Scheduling:
1. All payments are to be made before commencement of training in every month. Payment procedure will be provided in the above groupchats as well as info-boards @ our training venue, so remember to join our communities!

2. Missed sessions - Make up sessions can only be done on any other available slots within the month as no rolling over to the following is allowed (except for the situation stated in clause 4)

3. No suspension of training is allow as make-up sessions are provided

4. In the event of long holidays, players can opt to do the make-sessions in the *following month 

5. In the event of unforseen circumstances resulting in a need for suspension of training, kindly approach the coaches for assistance.

I hereby agree that JK Tech Elite Badminton PTE LTD and Fernvale Village shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury caused to my child/ward in connection with my child's/ward's participation in the badminton training programme. I shall indemnify the staffs / officials of JK Tech Elite Badminton PTE LTD and Fernvale Village for any claims, losses and damages brought against JK Tech Elite Badminton PTE LTD and Fernvale Village arising from my child's/ward's participation in the badminton training programme. I also agree to abide by and be bound by the terms and conditions as stipulated above , subject to any amendments made from time to time by JK Tech Elite Badminton PTE LTD.  *
