Do you know that more than 80% of our communication is nonverbal? In this workshop beginners and intermediate debaters will learn how to accommodate the gestures to the speech. The session will be very interactive and you will also learn to be tolerant because gestures belong to cultures thus different. Can you say come here without uttering a word? Do you know the gesture to say come might mean go in another culture? You are not required to prepare something before attending the session. Hey You are more than a conqueror
Tombé Franklin, Cameroon, is a translator (French-English-German-Italian) at the translation Firm CleverTrans. His journey with words started with theater. Since theater is a game of role, he fell in love with debate in 2011 and became the Best Bilingual Debater (French and English) during CANUDC 2011. He will then join the Cameroon Debate Association where he will train in secondary schools and in Universities in Cameroon. He organized in CleverTrans several debate contests for students learning Italian as a foreign language. He is currently working on the project: how to master a foreign language thanks to structured debate. He is in the top 10 Africa's Ultimate Storyteller. TOMBE means Goat in his mother tongue although it symbolizes the king.
