RSVP-Workshop.  Putting a Price on Carbon – The Carbon Fee & Dividend Proposal. Feb.5th, 2020 Sebastopol, CA
What types of policies can we, as a society, adopt to accelerate adoption of the solutions listed in Project Drawdown?  In this Carbon Conversation, we’ll review the California Cap N’ Trade program, and then take a deeper look at the Carbon Fee & Dividend Plan proposed by Citizen Climate Lobby for adoption at the national level.

Peter G. Joseph, M.D. is an emergency physician trained by former Vice President Al Gore to educate the public about the devastating impacts of global warming. He now leads the Marin County chapter of the Citizens’ Climate Lobby, which advocates for a predictable, steeply rising carbon fee that is fully returned to citizens and a border carbon duty to incentivize trading partners to do the same.
