We Want you!! We need you! Below is a list of activities where volunteers and/or chaperones are needed. Please check all activities you would be interested in participating with. (Feel free to check more than one.) Also, include your interests and your contact information.

Board Members:

President - Helps Mrs. Hasting with anything she needs

Vice President of Fundraising - Helps Mrs. Hastings with organizing and implementing the different fundraisers, organizing a group of parents to assist you.

Vice President of Chaperones - Coordinates with parents for all volunteering and chaperoning needs.

Secretary - Must come to the once-a-month meetings to take notes, writes thank you notes on behalf of the GMSBPA, reaches out to former sponsors and benefactors for repeat support

Treasurer - Collects and disperses funds

Grant Chairperson - Someone who can find grants and has time to apply for any applicable grants on behalf of the music department.
