• To enroll in the competition, each participant must submit this registration form.

• Teams may consist of 1–3 members (including the captain).

• All team members must fill out the form with the same team name to be recognized as one team.

• The team captain will act as the designated reward recipient and is responsible for distributing rewards internally.

• Once the registration deadline has passed, teams will be locked and cannot be changed.

參加本次比賽，每位用戶必須提交此報名表。
隊伍人數限制為 1–3 人（含隊長）。
所有隊員需填寫 相同的隊伍名稱，方可視為同一隊伍。
隊長將作為指定獎勵接收人，並負責在隊伍內部分配獎勵。
報名截止後隊伍將被 鎖定，不可再修改。
