Teen Book Bundle Request
Please use this form to request a Teen Book Bundle (grades 8-12) from the Livonia Bennett Civic Center Library. Each bundle contains 3-6 books. Patrons will be asked to provide up to three bundle selections. Requests will be filled based on availability of selections, one bundle per request. To request additional bundles, please resubmit this form after you have returned a bundle.
