Stratego World Championship 2025 - Registration

The World Championship will take place in the city of Avenches from Thursday July 31st until Sunday August 3rd 2025.
The program is as follows:
- Thursday July 31st: barrage (8 pieces)
- Friday August 1st and Saturday August 2nd: classic (40 pieces) junior and senior
- Sunday August 3rd: Team tournament + Open tournament (40 pieces)

Note: the official WC Dinner will take place Friday evening (August 1st) as it is the Swiss National Day
Note: please fill one registration per player
Note: Any registration made before April 30th 2025 will benefit from a discount of 5 EUR for any purchase up to 100 EUR, and a discount of 10 EUR for any purchase above 100 EUR
Note: Purchases are payable either in Euros or in Swiss Francs and a conversion of 1 CHF = 1 EUR will apply

Here are some proposals of packages that can be taken, please select the one you would like:

Marshal Package: this package includes 4 days tournament entry + the official T-Shirt + the official dinner on 1st August + lunches at the venue from friday to sunday.

General Package: this package includes 4 days tournament entry + the official T-Shirt + the official dinner on 1st August

Colonel Package: this package includes 4 days tournament entry + the official dinner on 1st August

Major Package: this package includes 4 days tournament entry + the official T-Shirt

Captain package: this package includes 4 days tournament entry

Lieutenant package: this package includes the senior category entry (Friday and Saturday) + lunches for Friday and Saturday

Sergeant package: this package includes the senior category entry (Friday and Saturday)

Miner package: this package includes the barrage category entry (Thursday)

Scout package: this package includes the open/team entry (Sunday)

Spy package: this package includes the official T-Shirt

Note that all the packages do include unlimited water and coffee at the venue

Note that a refund will be given in the event of a no-show announced at least 3 weeks prior to the start of the event.

Note: entry for the Open tournament (Sunday) is free for players below 15 years old.

Family and friends

Coming to Switzerland for the tournament is great, but coming to Switzerland with family and/or friends to combine the tournament with a holiday is even better.

If your family/friends want to participate to the official dinner (40 euros/person) or to a lunch (20 euros/per lunch and per person), they are more than welcome.

In that case, please write down the information as illustrated with this example:

"I will travel with my wife, she would like to come to the lunch on friday and saturday (but not on sunday) and will also attend the official dinner on friday evening.

Note she is vegetarian

She would also like a T-Shirt of size M"
