Thank you for your interest in providing feedback to the Southern St. Louis County Mental Health Advisory Council on accessing mental health care in St. Louis County. We value your input and appreciate your time. The intent of this survey is for the LAC to understand where gaps in services are in our community and give space to community members who would like to share their experiences with the SLC Mental Health Advisory Council. The LAC is made up of folks with lived experience as well as service providers. The survey is anonymous however we may share individual narratives that do not include any personally identifying information.
