Purley Sports Club have kindly offered the school a free half day or full day holiday camp voucher to be used at any of their school holiday camps in 2023. We would like to make sure the voucher goes to someone who would like to make the most of the opportunity and have every intention of using the voucher. Therefore, we will raffle the voucher between all respondents of this form. The raffle will take place at our annual Sports Personality of the Year Awards ceremony on Thursday 20th July 2023, so please complete the form by Tuesday 19th July midnight if you would like the chance to win.
