Please complete the questions below so that we can update the HASC Meeting list and Website with any changes your group needs to have made to the meeting list.  Changes can be reported before they take place but will not be updated on the webpage until they have begun to take place.  New meetings should begin by having a representative attend the HASC meeting that occurs on the second Sunday of every month.  Dates and times can be found in the attached minutes.

For online meetings please provide the online meeting link or info that should be included on the website. Meeting lists will refer these users to the website for links to the meetings.
