2) Current high school transcript,
3) 300-word essay on "Why college."
4) 75-word "Personal Profile."

6) "Confirming Eligibility for the Federal School Lunch Program Form"

The Achievement Institute for STEM Scholars is a non-profit foundation that runs a program for economically disadvantaged Santa Ana High School students who are interested in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) careers. Students must meet the following criteria. Check all that apply: *

Must be economically disadvantaged and meet the Federal Lunch Program criteria.

Must have a 3.2 grade point average and attend seminars schedules for summer and the school year.

Must be interested in majoring in math or science and commit to a 2 Year Program.

Must want to attend a university after high school.

Must be willing to attend a university out of state.

Must write 300 word essay, “Why College” and 75 Word personal profile.*
