Each year, parents/guardians and students are required to listen and watch the Code of Conduct.  Watching the following video and submitting the online form will fulfill the Code of Conduct requirement of the Viking Eligibility/Red Card and is required for all school sponsored co-curricular activities. A complete list of all requirements for a Viking Eligibility Card are listed online at the High School Website.

At the conclusion of the video please complete all sections of the Google Acknowledgement Document & submit.
