1. Eligibility:
   1.1 This trade-in promotion is open to customers who own a RookOne bicycle and wish to upgrade to the Rook Race2 Bicycle.
   
2. Trade-In Value:
   2.1 Customers are eligible for a discount of R3000 upon trading in their RookOne bicycle towards the purchase of a Rook2 Bicycle, pending successful bicycle inspection.
   
3. Inspection Process:
   3.1 Customers must bring their RookOne bicycle to an authorized Rook Cycles dealership for inspection.
   3.2 The bicycle inspection will assess the overall condition and functionality of the RookOne bicycle.
   3.3 The R3000 discount is contingent upon the RookOne bicycle meeting acceptable trade-in standards, including but not limited to frame integrity, working components, and overall condition.
   3.4 If the bicycle does not meet the criteria, Rook Cycles reserves the right to adjust the discount or decline the trade-in.

4. Purchase of Rook Race2 Bicycle:
   4.1 The R3000 discount applies only to the purchase of a new Rook Race2 Bicycle.
   4.2 This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers.

5. Trade-In Process:
   5.1 Upon successful inspection, the customer will receive the R3000 discount when purchasing the Rook Race2 Bicycle.
   5.2 The RookOne bicycle will become the property of Rook Cycles upon completion of the trade-in transaction.
   5.3 No cash equivalent or alternative will be provided for the trade-in value.


6. Duration of the Promotion:
   6.1 This trade-in promotion is valid from 27th November 2023 to 24 December 2023
   6.2 Rook Cycles reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. General Terms:
   7.1 This promotion is subject to availability.
   7.2 Rook Cycles reserves the right to refuse any trade-in at its discretion.
   7.3 The promotion is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
   7.4 Customers are responsible for any additional costs associated with the purchase of the Rook2 Bicycle beyond the R3000 discount.
