4-H Macomb Lifetime Achievement Award
The Macomb 4-H Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes Macomb County 4-H volunteers that have served 12 years or more as an active Macomb County 4-H Volunteer.  This award recognizes volunteers whose contributions to Macomb County 4-H are extraordinary and beyond measure. These individuals have truly strived "to make the best better" and have made Macomb County a better place for it. Nominees should have served or participated in a county or state-level program, training, event, or workshop in addition to their service to their primary club(s).

     The deadline to nominate an individual for a Macomb 4-H Lifetime Achievement Award is 11:59pm on September 30.

Awardee Receives
     Awardee(s) will be recognized at the awards and recognition event and will receive a plaque.

Application Instructions
     Any 4-H member or adult screened volunteer may nominate a 4-H volunteer for this award.
