To get the rtReserveTime value, this is the Epoch time. Please find the time using the Steam API like has been done through Moo's calculator. This is not a normal human readable time stamp, but a string of numbers that represents the time on your order was placed as far as Valves servers understands it, also known as the Epoch time as used in Linux. This can be found by logging into steam and going here. From there, find the line titled rtReserveTime, and input that number into the box below.
