Ombudsman's Education in Aging Seminar - Summer 2017

Seating is Limited! Pre-registration is required and must be received by June 1, 2017

There is a $10 registration fee which must be received by mail or Pay Pal before you will be pre-registered

Six (6) Continuing Education hours have been approved with MS Board of Nursing Home Administrators
Six (6) Continuing Education hours have been applied for with MS State board of Examiners for Social Work

Lunch will be provided
