Delivery Request for 2025 Paw Paw Community Thanksgiving Dinner
If you are housebound living in the Paw Paw, Lawton, Mattawan, and Gobles area and unable to travel, our volunteers will bring dinner to you! Please fill in the details below to request a meal for you and your family.

This form will be open until 5pm on Wednesday, November 26. You may not receive a confirmation email after you've submitted this form. You will know your submission was successful if you hit "Submit" and a thank you message pops up. For delivery requests after 5pm on Wednesday, you will need to call the number listed on the website.

On Thanksgiving Day, you will receive a phone call between 12-3 p.m. when our delivery driver is heading to you with your requested meal. Please make sure you are home during this time and be prepared to answer the door.
