The fourth annual Children & Authenticity Conference will explore pathways to building school communities that offer all their members--children and adults--caring, support, and the safety to share their authentic selves.
We are inviting proposals for workshops and presentations that highlight innovative, effective practices in transforming or creating classroom, school, or district cultures that emphasize kindness, empathy, and authenticity.
- We are interested in diverse perspectives and experiences. - Proposals may address children’s experience in school, after-school, or outside the school.- We believe in the power of experiential learning. Hands-on workshops are strongly encouraged. - All presentations will be 90 minutes. - Once selected, presenters are required to register for the full conference.
Proposals are due June 1st and applicants will be notified of their acceptance no later than July 1st.
