Hey there!

At SlabLab we are conducting research about better communication in the backcountry. We want to help both motorized and human powered backcountry travelers improve their teamwork and ultimately stay safer. If you're interested in participating, please fill out this short form. We are looking for ALL experience levels.

There will be 3 parts to the research:

First, a 30 minute call to learn your background in the sport and get your feedback on a set of communication practices based on our research. Second, we'd like you to try one new practices on your next backcountry trip. Finally, we'll ask for a second 30 minute call to hear about how it went.

You will contribute to a free teamwork resource we create for the community and we'll also offer you $25 to thank you for your time. For more information about SlabLab and to see our past research reports, visit SlabLab.co
