Community Survey
Carroll County is developing a Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan after being awarded a CDC grant through the Cabinet for Health and Family Services (CHFS) focusing on healthy lifestyles through transportation. The purpose of the plan is to (1) promote healthy living, (2) increase safety for bicyclists, pedestrians, and those who use mobility assistance devices, and (3) encourage connectivity by expanding multi-modal opportunities in the community for residents and visitors.

Carroll County wants to understand what it's like to walk and bike in the area and also hear from people who don't walk or bike now but might be interested in the future. Your feedback will help us develop a network of prioritized projects to improve walking and bicycling in the city. Your responses to the following survey are recorded anonymously.
