Tech Buddies Intake Form
Tech Buddies is a component of the preparing for tech program. Preparing for tech is an initiative aimed at coaching and empowering people through their journey with transitioning into tech. While the coaching component focuses on people without tech backgrounds looking to get into noncoding roles in tech like UX Research, our tech buddies pairing and resource sharing components cover all aspects of tech.

We will pair you with someone preparing to transition into tech or a tech newbie with similar career interests in tech. As tech buddies, you will be accountability partners, share resources with each other, perform tasks, give each other tasks, create a roadmap, develop action plans and check in with me regularly for progress reports. You will be invested in your buddy's growth and journey in tech.
