O2 Haiku Literary Magazine Submission Form
UPDATE: Our 2025-2026 Anthology is available under our 'Anthology' tab on our website!

At O2 Haiku, on a rolling basis we accept two different categories of poetry for our Literary Magazine: modern haiku, and our own "One Breath" poetry. If accepted to published on our site, we reserve First Publication Rights. Feel free to use whatever work you publish with us, we simply ask that you give credit to O2 Haiku for first publication.

As a reminder, we ONLY accept the following:
- unpublished poetry (not having appeared anywhere in publication or social media)
- original poetry (usage of A.I. will not be tolerated)

If poetry submitted was previously published and/or was produced by A.I., it will automatically be considered as a nonacceptance.


At this time, we unfortunately do not have the funds to pay accepted poets for their work, but we pride ourselves in making our site free to access, and anthologies available for free to download.

Please submit 1-3 poems (please make sure each poem is separated with a few spaces so we can visualise where it officially ends and another begins.)

Notes:
-Please do not add titles to haiku submitted.
-If anything other than poetry if entered here, we will not accept the submission, unless it is an explanation on formatting.
If your poetry is accepted for publication on our website, do you approve of us using it in our anthology next year?

We have been on the opposite end of nonacceptance emails, and were left not understanding what is was that didn't click with the editors.

Are you willing to accept editor feedback in the event of a nonacceptance?

If you select yes, please note that not all editor responses will not include full feedback. Last year about 50% of our responses had tailored feedback for poets to consider.

If you select no, upon nonacceptance we will issue a general blanket statement confirming the poetry will not be published.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
