MEPA Proposals - 2022
Each year the MEPA Membership considers proposals regarding rules and policies that govern our association. Any color guard, percussion or winds ensemble that participated in a MEPA event this season can submit a proposal for consideration. Proposals are published prior to the annual meeting for review and then voted upon by the membership.
