Please note it may not be possible to have your vehicle behind your stand and your vehicle will need to be parked in the appropriate car parking area. The pitch is space only and you can fill that how you like, you are welcome to bring your own gazebo/marquee or other unit to display your stock. We can offer marquee hire at an additional cost please order below if you require a marquee. No space has electricity if you need electric please order below. Please note all electrical equipment must be PAT tested, safe and wires tapped down.

Camping on site
Camping for traders is available in a seperate camping field there is no camping allowed behind your trade stand. Please indicate below if you will be requiring camping. Camping is free for traders.

All traders must carry valid public liability insurance. Once your booking has been confirmed and payment made we will request an electronic copy of your insurance certificate. Please note you will also need to have the certificate available for inspection on show days.
You are also required to have a risk assessment for your stand. Once your booking has been confirmed and payment made we will request an electronic copy of your risk assessment. Please note you will also need to have a copy of your risk assessment for inspection on show days.
Payment for space
All spaces need to be paid for in advance of the event. Your booking will only be guaranteed once a deposit has been paid. You can either pay a non refundable deposit of £30.00 now and the balance by 10th April 2021 or pay in full now and enjoy a 10% discount. Please be aware that pitches cannot be cancelled once accepted by RetroFest. If you fail to pay in full for the pitch by 10th April 2021 we will try and resell the pitch however where this is not possible you will still be responsible for payment.
