You may carry over missed workouts to a new month ONLY if you are signed up for that new month. You are welcome to make up missed workouts in the months you are signed up for at anytime. Monthly memberships are due prior to the first workouts of each month. If you are not renewing please let us know.
1:1, team and small group training will need to be booked in 4 week blocks and paid if full due to our limited availability. You will have a maximum of 6 weeks to complete your 4 week block. Group training is a minimum of 4 attendees and a max of 9.
