VBC is a project of The City Repair Project 501(c)3 charitable not-for-profit.

INSTRUCTIONS:
This project proposal form is a preliminary visioning document to gauge where you are in the community design process. Please don’t be afraid to apply because you are still working on aspects of this project, or if you feel like you cannot answer all the questions on this form. We only hope that your proposal gives us the information we need to best support your community project.

DEADLINES:
Program Registration & Project Proposal: Due by 11:59 pm, THUR, JAN 10, 2019.
We do not accept late proposals unless there is a specific reason for delay and we cannot guarantee complete integration with the various components of our program.

Registration Fee: Due by the 4th Placemaking Program meeting, THUR, FEB 28, 2019.
