Sharon's family moved overseas when her two daughters were 3 and 5 years old, living there for the next 10 years. Returning to Singapore at age 14 and 16, the girls integrated well into extended family, church and school life in Singapore. Now in their twenties, both are living and working in Singapore. In 2019, Sharon authored a book with her husband: This is Home, Surely? A Guide for Parents of Singaporean "Third Culture Kids". Sharon has a Law degree from Oxford, an MA in Library Studies, and is currently a book editor.
Kiki is a mother of two adult TCKs of ages 26 and 31. Her children were born overseas, but grew up in Singapore, till they moved to Shanghai during their primary and secondary school years. She will be sharing from her deep reflections from her experience of raising third culture business/expat kids through their young adulthood. Kiki has recently graduated with a Master of Arts in counselling.
