PA Before & After School Care Registration 25-26
This service is provided PreK-7 grade students. The Before-care is from 7:30 AM until 8:00 AM and
After-school care is from 3:00 PM-6:00 PM before clubs start and 3:45 PM - 6:00 PM after clubs start.
The registration form should fill out only one times. After the initial registration, you can use the payment link directly for your child to attend to before or after school care sessions as needed.

Daily Registration

‍You may register your child on a daily basis with short notice by following the steps below. Your child won’t be able to stay without the payment notification.

  • Send an e-mail to care@pioneeracademy.org at 24 hours in advance 
  • The payment must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • All fees paid for before and aftercare services are non-refundable.
  • The day selected for enrollment is final and cannot be changed or rescheduled.
