Lighting requests should be made 30 days prior to the requested date of illumination. We cannot guarantee lighting requests that are made within that time period, and we can not honor any lighting requests that are made within 48 hours of the requested date.

EXTERIOR LIGHTING POLICIES
Please note that multiple events may be taking place simultaneously within the Legends Global Complex. Thus, not every lighting request can be guaranteed. Submitted lighting requests are given priority based upon space usage within the complex as listed below:

1st Priority – Legends Global Management – special circumstances/National Holidays etc. as deemed necessary
2nd Priority – New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans on Game Days and other select dates chosen by teams
3rd Priority – Event hosted on the Caesars Superdome Main Arena Floor
4th Priority – Event hosted in Champions Square
5th Priority – Event hosted in Caesars Superdome 200 Level Club Lounge(s)
6th Priority – Event hosted on Caesars Superdome Grand Staircase
7th Priority – Other requests subject to event schedule and Legends Global’s discretion

*Lighting requests are granted in accordance with the above priority list regardless of when the request is made.
*Legends Global retains the sole discretion to approve, deny, and revoke any lighting requests at any time.
*Exterior lighting is not offered during daylight hours as the exterior lighting is not turned on.
*Approved lighting requests will only run on CLIENT contracted event day from dusk to conclusion of event.  
*Legends Global reserves the right to project the Caesars logo on the exterior of the facility during any program during any given event. No exceptions.
*Due to the gold color of the Caesars Superdome exterior, color variations from the provided PMS color may occur.      
*If hosting an event 24 hours prior to a New Orleans Saints or New Orleans Pelicans Game Day, lighting requests with opposing team colors will not be granted.
***NON-EVENT LIGHTING REQUESTS
We are happy to support national, charitable causes when the schedule allows; HOWEVER, confirmation is subject to change if you are NOT hosting an event at one of our Legends-managed venues. An email with confirmation will be sent a week prior to the requested date.
