We encourage everyone who considers Fellowship Church Rouge Park their home to take time to go through the pledge campaign commitment form. As you review the form, it may be helpful to approach it as you would other important financial decisions, such as saving for a car, home, or retirement.
How we allocate our finances reflects our values and priorities. It matters where we give and what we invest in - the Kingdom. At FRP, our desire is to strengthen the church and make disciples both locally and globally. Through the gospel, we want future generations to encounter Christ-centred preaching and Spirit-led evangelism. The decisions you make today will influence how future generations will be blessed in the years to come.
Our goal is for our church family - members and supporters alike, to raise $4 million internally and externally over the next two years. This week, we invite you to dedicate 5 to 10 minutes each day to review the form and seek the Lord’s guidance in prayer.
Day 1 - 3
- With your spouse, family members or by yourself, spend this time of prayer seeking the Lord’s will in this manner.
Day 4 - 5
- In your effort to affirm God’s leading in this area, reflect upon the financial amount you can commit to.
Day 6
- Seek clear guidance from the Lord as you firm up your financial commitment.
- “Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” - 2 Corinthians 9:7
Day 7
- Before you come to church, pray for the Lord’s blessing and clear guidance as to where He wants FRP to lay down firm roots in the community.
