👉 After your selection as a participant, it's important for you to understand that we expect you to complete some simple tasks we'll assign. Remember, an Erasmus+ project is an adventure and an opportunity to travel (for free!) and learn while having fun. However, the program aims for greater goals than just enjoyment, and you can greatly help us make a real impact in our local communities.

These are opportunities to change our future, and it's crucial to understand that a project doesn't just start and end; we must prepare as best as we can before, make the most of the learning and connections during, and then take home and plant the "seeds" the project has given us.

By applying to the project, you are agreeing to commit to take part in the following activities:

1️⃣ Preparatory Tasks Pre-meetings with your sending organisation (either in-person or online), preparation for the intercultural night, and preparation of activities outlined by the hosting organisation. We'll provide comprehensive preparation for the experience so that you can fully benefit from it.

2️⃣ Tasks During the Project Active participation in all sessions and following the trainers' coordination. Provide written documentation and/or photos and videos to the partner organisations. Generating visibility through our and your social networks is very important.

3️⃣ Tasks After the Project's Completion Organize and implement dissemination events 👉
