Free Burnout Assessment
This assessment has been adapted using the Burnout Assessment Tool (BAT), which is scientifically validated questionnaire that allows you to determine the risk of burnout quickly and at a glance. 

Basically, this tool can help you identify if you are at risk for burnout or experiencing burnout. The assessment is just a guide, only you can truly know how you are feeling! You know your body and mind best so if you receive your results and feel - that's not accurate. Feel free to reach out and we can discuss during a free 30 minute consultation. 

The assessment is 34 questions - I realize that might feel long but this should hopefully not take you more than 10 minutes.
