2018 Vendor/Exhibitor Application Form

The 6th Annual Green Prize Festival will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Admiral Kidd Park: 2125 Santa Fe Ave, Long Beach, CA.

Each year, the Green Prize Festival highlights and promotes sustainability and ecological awareness efforts via local businesses, educational workshops and the arts. This year, the focus is on "The Future of Green Technology" and you are being invited specifically because of your work, services and products that are on the cutting edge of green technology. We believe your organization should be highlighted and promoted to local residents and that you will help make our festival a huge success!

The Festival will once again feature local sustainable businesses, green artists, urban farmers, organic food, sustainable transportation, environmental justice organizations, as well as provide children’s activities, workshops, food trucks and local entertainers.

Please complete the form below to express your interest in exhibiting. A 10x10 vendor space is available to you, at absolutely no cost to your organization.

All vendors selling merchandise only in their booth (non food items) MUST have a business license in the City of Long Beach OR obtain a 1-day Special Event Business License through the city.

NOTICE TO FOOD VENDORS: In addition to the business license referenced above, you must also apply for a Temporary Food Facility Health Permit with the Long Beach Health Dept. THIS YEAR: Power will will available to your booth on a first come, first serve basis for a fee of $25 and will be collected at time of vendor check during the festival.

Rules for Participation: You are able to set-up your booth as early as 8:30am and must be done by 9:45am. Tear down of booth will start at 4:00pm sharp. PLEASE DEMONSTRATE SUSTAINABILITY! Vendors and Exhibitors are asked to practice creative solutions for distributing information and products. Please, NO PLASTIC BAGS, STYROFOAM, PLASTIC STRAWS or PLASTIC BOTTLES! All exhibitors selling items must have a business license with the City of Long Beach, and if selling food an additional health permit is required. Please see above for info on how to obtain each. Note: Please bring your own table and chairs, as well as your own CANOPY/shade structure (Canopies are required for participation). *
