Utah State Records Center Scan-on-Demand Service form
Utah’s Division of Archives and Records Service (aka State Archives) is now offering a Scan-On-Demand Service for records stored at the State Records Center. This new service allows government agencies to receive a scanned image of records they need to retrieve from the Records Center, rather than the paper copy.
Get approval from your Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and then submit this form if you want to utilize the Scan-On-Demand Service.
