West Bend Lightning '24-'25 Tryout Registration
PLEASE NOTE: You must complete the registration form for EACH age group you will be trying out for. 
For example, if you are trying out for 12U and 14U, you must complete it twice, once for 12U and once for 14U

10U- Tuesday, July 30th - 5:00-6:30pm
12U - Tuesday, July 30th - 6:30-8:00pm
14U - Wednesday, July 31st - 5:00-6:30pm
16U/18U - Wednesday, July 31st - 6:30-8:00pm

Location: West Bend High School's softball diamonds. 1305 E. Decorah Road, West Bend

Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration.

If possible, bring: bat, glove, helmet

Wear athletic attire along with cleats or tennis shoes.
