Dear Parents and Carers

We are extremely proud of the music provision at Lady Manners School.  We would be delighted that your son or daughter is interested in applying for instrumental and/or vocal tuition.

If you would like us to arrange instrumental and/or vocal lessons for your child, please complete the below application form. 

Applications will be dealt with on a first-come-first-served basis.  If there are no places are available, your child will be placed on a waiting list.
