2025-2026 School Year Somerville SEPAC Survey

To All Parents and Guardians:

Somerville SEPAC (Special Education Parent Advisory Council) made this survey to look back at how the 2024–2025 school year went and to help plan for the 2025–2026 school year. We want to hear from all families—whether your child has an IEP, a 504 plan, or not—so we can better understand what’s working and what needs to improve in special education.

Why does your opinion matter? It matters a lot! The survey takes a few minutes, but it helps us know what families are going through and how we can support all students. Your answers will help us speak up for what families need and make sure every child gets the help they deserve.

Please fill out the survey with your thoughts about the 2024–2025 school year.

If you have more than one child with a disability, please fill out a separate survey for each child.

Your answers are anonymous. We do not ask for or share your legal status. If you want a copy of what you wrote, email us at somervillesepac@gmail.com. This survey is not from the school district—it goes straight to Somerville SEPAC.

Deadline: Please complete the survey by Friday, November 21, 2025.
